Registration from 3.45pm

One team of girls and One of boys;  Teams consist of 5 pupils (Y5/6). First 3 finishers count for the team score, but all 5 in the first 3 teams get medals.

Roy Tucker and Cheshunt School are looking forward to the occasion. The course will be approximately 1 ½ miles, and as usual, there will be marshals to ensure that the children do not get lost!! There are no obstacles on the course.

Each school should provide a member of staff please to collect the place cards at the end so that the scoring can be calculated.

Presentations will take place at approximately 5.20pm

The event is being run in partnership with Cheshunt School – who are also co-ordinating and supplying the Marshalls for the race.

Sporting Behaviour

At the end of the match children should be encouraged to thank the Referees. Team Managers/Members of Staff are Responsible for their Players and Spectators at All Times

Please ensure that the following completed documents are handed into the registration table –
• Photo Permission Form

Schools are responsible for their own first aid at this event.

Please make your way directly to the field at the back of the school when you arrive at Cheshunt School.

– The school representative is responsible to communicate the WDPSSA code of conduct for junior players, parents and guests. To all attendees from the school before each event starts.

– Each school & representatives are responsible for their Pupils/Parents & Guests

– The Referee/Umpire Decision is FINAL

– To arrive 15 mins before event Start/Time

– To bring a completed photo permission form and hand in to staff at registration
